Continue to Tōdai-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the awe-inspiring Great Buddha. Step inside one of the world’s largest wooden buildings, take in the scent of incense, and feel the serene atmosphere surround you. Follow your guide along the lantern-lined paths of Kasuga Taisha Shrine for a peaceful forest walk steeped in Shinto tradition. Finally, wander through Naramachi Old Town, exploring preserved merchant houses, artisan shops, and cozy cafés.
